Villa Stevan is located in an exclusive part of the Montenegrin coast Sveti Stefan.

Two exclusive apartments that are offered, are on the first floor of the villa, which is about 500 meters from the beach.

The villa is made in a distinctive Mediterranean style of stone, while the interior is equipped with exclusive furniture and technology to give the guests the maximum comfort.

The apartments are located next to each other and have separate entrances.

The house is a large plateau of 150 m2, with a pool of 10x3, intended only for guests of the villa. The pool is equipped with massage equipment, turbo jet, waterfall, indoor and outdoor lighting and related equipment - chairs, umbrellas, towels.

Each apartment has air conditioning, wireless internet, cable TV, and the entire facility is provided by video surveillance.

Guests can use a garage with space for four cars.

Apartment 1

This spacious apartment has 110 m2 and consists of a living room with kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two spacious terraces, one with a sea view and one on the hill.

Apartment 2

This apartment is a studio and its surface is 40 m2. It has one double and one single bed in the sleeping area, separate kitchen, bathroom and terrace.

For a more pleasant holiday of our guests is ensured daily cleaning, change of linen, laundry service.

Guests are able to get at discount prices and rent a car.
