Big duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms right by the sea. This place is all about location, as it is positioned in quiet area, right next to attractive beaches and restaurants on one side, and Porto Montenegro marina and center of the town from the other side. 

Large 90sqm apartment can accomodate six people, consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, one toilet and small terrace.
It features wi fii internet, TV, and private parking on site.

The space

The apartment is first time rented, and was before used by members of our family. Apartment is duplex, on second floor are two bedrooms.

Please note that not every detail in the apartment is perfect, the toilet for example could use a bit of renovation. In order to compensate for that, the price is significantly smaller than in similar size apartments and hotels.

The biggest values of the apartment are: perfect location and the size.

Interaction with guests

As we don't live on site, you will be met by us upon arrival and shown around, after which we leave you in privacy and will be available to come assist in case you need it. My telephone is always open and I live close by so I can come and help if necessary.

The neighborhood

Seljanovo is favourite neighbourhood in Tivat among tourists, as there are couple of nice beaches, restaurants and bars in walking distance. 
Also, it is very close to the beautiful and famous marina village Porto Montenegro, and countinuing trough the promenade you reach Tivat downtown.
