A beautiful villa in the quite part of the city center with an amazing view.The villa is located on a small hill in the vicinity of pine forest in a quite and prominent neighborhood.In the garden you can find different trees like lemon,tangerine,orange,kiwi,pomegranate,olive,palm trees and various flowers.There are also many sorts of herbs which you can use for cooking.Outside you can have your meal on the terrace,on the open balcony or a picnic on the lawn and have an unforgettable dining experience.
The big green lawn is perfect for kids and pets.You can also use the grill and have lots of fun.
Because of the location the and the wast garden it is always a couple of degrees cooler than in the city.At night there is a nice breeze.
The villa is recently completely renovated/refurbished and has all what is necessary to have an unforgettable stay.The living room is located on the first floor.There you can enjoy the home entertainment system or chill on the comfortable sofas.You will find fast WI-FI inside and outside the house so you can stay connected and still get tanned.In the kitchen and dining room you will find all you need for preparing your favorite dishes.However I recommend to go exploring local restaurants and cuisine which you will find unique,mind blowing and also quite affordable. 
On the second floor are all the bedrooms,and all 4 have comfortable beds.In the house there are 2 bathrooms with hot water all year round.
Just 5 min walk is a small bakery with fresh bread and bread rolls all day long.The local market is 10 min walking distance.You can buy fresh cheese,eggs,fruits,vegetables from local producers.If you come early in the morning there is also just caught fish.The supermarket is also in the vicinity.The town hospital is just across the street.
In the vicinity there is a lot to see and do.
The old pirate town is a must see.Miguel de Cervantes was imprisoned there in a small stone house.The view,especially at the sunset is unforgettable!
There is a lot of beaches in Ulcinj,sandy,rocky,mixed...My favorite is Albatros beach just 5km away.Next to Albatros beach is the famous Healing beach,where the water beside its purity has also a healing property.If you go by car and drive for 15 min on the east is the famous sandy beach Mojito.Best mojito ever!For windsurfers,kitesurfers and surfers Caipirinha is the beach to go,just 5min from Mojito.
